#Hiring_Alert#Hi_Connection,We are looking for the candidate for the Position of #Control_Tower_Executive in #Tvs_supply_chain_solutions, #Okhla New DelhiPosition Name - #Control_Tower & #Tracking_ExecutiveTotal Position - 01Salary - 25000 CTC for 8.5 HQualification - GraduationRole & Responsibility -Indent and Trip sheet Creation:§ Receive, review, and process transportation indents from internal teams or customers§ Verify details such as origin, destination, quantity, and special requirements before initiating Indent§ Ensure trip sheets align with load planning and comply with legal and regulatory standardsLR (Lorry Receipt) Generation:§ Generate LR documents with precision, including necessary details related to the consignment, origin, destination, and transportation terms§ Verify and cross-check information to minimize errors in LR documentationProof of Delivery (POD) & E bill Management§ Oversee the POD process, ensuring timely collection and verification of delivery confirmations§ Call drivers / vendors for pending / unclean POD and ensure drivers upload POD on time§ Resolve discrepancies or issues related to POD documentation§ Ensure vendors are billed on time and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for discrepanciesReal-time Monitoring:§ Utilize tracking systems and technology tools to monitor the location and status of shipments throughout the transportation process§ Call drivers / vendors for vehicles that are running delay or not delivered on time and inform concerned stake holders of action taken and ETA§ Implement proactive measures to address any delays, disruptions, or potential issuesCommunication & Coordination:§ Maintain proactive and constant communication with carriers, drivers, warehouse, and other stakeholders to communicate transportation plans and ensure seamless execution and receive and provide updates on the status of shipments§ Proactively Address, resolve and relay any issues or delays in the transportation processIssue Resolution:§ Identify and address any discrepancies or issues related to LR Generation / tracking and tracing of shipments / POD and E bill Mgmt§ Collaborate with relevant teams to find quick and effective solutionsDocumentation Management:§ Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of tracking informationCustomer Support:-§ Interact with relevant stake holders to respond to inquiries and gather additional information related to Trip Management / Vehicle Tracking§ Provide proactive updates on transportation activities and address inquiries related to Trip Management / Vehicle Tracking / POD and E bill.Interested candidates can share your resume on +91 83189 57672 (Vaishnavi) (Please Don't Call)
