Job Description

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Monitor and control CAPEX projects, daily maintenance, and inventory costs.
Drive sustainability and resource conservation initiatives.
Plan and execute equipment shutdowns with minimal downtime.
Conduct breakdown analysis and implement CAPA.
Ensure compliance with ISO, TS 16949, OHSAS, EMS, TPM, and safety norms.
Manage procurement, RFQs, and PRs for maintenance-related items.
Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training needs.
Perform electrical safety officer duties and maintain audit readiness.
Promote team discipline, skill development, and continuous improvement.
Identifying training needs and fostering team spirit across the department.
