Job Description

Candidate will support and develop tools used to facilitate the translation ofPower Product Viewable Content/PII content.

They will own and deliver new features and own and manage defects.

They may also Project manage Translation Validation Testing (TVT)/In-ContextTesting (ICT) for Power Products (AIX, VIOS, CMC, PowerHA, VM Recovery Manager, PowerVS, HMC, ASMI, PowerVC, PowerSC, BMC).

They will administer the development systems located in U.S., keeping SW levels current and Security Patches compliant.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

4 - 10 years of experience in Product Testing

Software tools development on IBM Power systems, not FW or OS development.

Knowledge and use of Operating systems such as AIX or Linux.

Knowledge and use of products such as Python XML and “shell” scripting languages.

Power HW system administration skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

Exposure to Server domain

Knowledge of IBM Power systems software/architecture

Interest in low level Hardware

Understanding of network and security testing
