Transitions Solution Leader

As a Transition Solution Architect at Microland, you will be responsible for designing and executing transition strategies for large-scale, multi-tower service transitions encompassing IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, network, and security services. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving seamless transitions through effective collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering high-value solutions for clients. You will play a crucial role in defining transformation roadmaps, governance models, and ensuring the smooth delivery of complex transition projects. We are seeking a highly experienced Transition Architect who can design and lead transition strategies for complex multi-tower opportunities across various IT domains such as infrastructure, applications, cloud, security, and network services. Your role will involve developing comprehensive transition approaches and plans, defining transition and transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives, assessing current state architectures, and designing tailored transition models. Mitigating risks and ensuring seamless integration of service management processes will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive transition approaches and plans for multi-tower opportunities. - Define transition and transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives. - Assess current state architectures and design tailored transition models. - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies through a structured governance framework. - Ensure seamless integration of service management processes across various service towers. - Own transition solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals. - Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to define transition effort estimates and pricing models. - Establish governance models, escalation mechanisms, and transition KPIs. - Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple service towers. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in transition solutions design within IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and workplace services. - In-depth expertise in ITIL methodologies and governance frameworks. - Strong knowledge of governance models, KPI tracking, and financial modeling for IT transition projects. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proven experience in multi-vendor ecosystems and managing large-scale IT infrastructure transitions. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, or other relevant IT transition and service management frameworks are a plus.,
