Transitions Analyst

As a Transitions Analyst at Accenture, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for Mobility requests related to business travels, assignments, domestic relocations, and international transfers. Your responsibilities will include assessing travel requirements, estimating costs, processing visa applications, providing relocation and tax support, coordinating with assignees and vendors, and ensuring smooth progress of the process while offering necessary support. Additionally, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining documents, records, and validating invoices. Key Responsibilities: - Process or coordinate the preparation and submission of firm-sponsored visa applications based on local country requirements and procedures. - Maintain required visa/employment authorization documentation, monitor expiration dates, and coordinate extensions. - Interface with firm-sponsored visa applicants, permanent residency applicants, the Department of Immigration, inbound/outbound assignees, and HR as needed to assist with the immigration process. - Process and allocate service provider invoices. - Alert Supervisor of any policy deviations in expense claims, distribute informational arrival/departure packs, monitor Cross Border regulations, and provide advice and support on permanent transfer options. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 3 to 5 years of experience In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, interact with peers within Accenture, receive moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments, and make decisions that impact your own work and potentially the work of others.
