Job Description

As a Senior Transition Manager at Waters Global Capability Centre, you play a critical role in facilitating the seamless transfer of new services, processes, or technologies across different geographies. Your responsibilities will demand strong analytical abilities, a strategic outlook, and proven leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive transition strategies aligned with global objectives, including defining timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones to ensure successful implementation. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, formulate appropriate transition plans, and present them for the transfer of services to Waters GCC. - Prepare Business Case, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), project Efficiency Gain views, Roadmap for implementation, and provide regular updates on the progress of services transitioning to GCC. - Engage with diverse teams across different locations, ensuring effective communication and involvement of stakeholders at all levels. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with transitions, manage change efficiently, and guarantee service continuity. - Adapt transition plans to local practices and regulations by recognizing and addressing cultural differences and operational nuances in various regions. - Design tailored training programs to meet regional requirements, ensuring that local teams possess the necessary skills and knowledge for successful adoption. - Define KPIs that reflect global objectives and local performance metrics, monitor transition results, and support data-driven decision-making for ongoing enhancement. - Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with global standards, adaptable to local needs, to uphold transparency and accountability throughout the transition process. Qualifications: Desired Qualifications and Experience: - Masters or bachelor's degree in management, MBA with Finance, or MBA with Strategic Management specialization. - Minimum of approximately 15+ years of relevant Industry experience in Transition Management and business development. - Strong background in Program Management. - Possession of a valid PMP Certification or any relevant Certification would be advantageous.
