Job Description

As a Transition Manager at Capgemini, you will lead and manage the end-to-end transition of services across Finance & Accounting, HR, and other domains. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless service migration, maintaining service levels, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with client and organizational goals. In this role, you will play a key role in: - Managing the full lifecycle of service transitions, including planning, execution, and stabilization. - Collaborating with bid teams and solution architects to shape transition strategies and solutions. - Owning project delivery across time, cost, and quality parameters. - Handling project financials, forecasting, and month-end processes. - Contributing to proposal development and client presentations. - Developing value propositions aligned with client expectations and organizational strategy. - Driving DGEM alignment and impact assessments across regions and markets. - Guiding and managing transition team members, fostering a positive and efficient team culture. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of dedicated transition experience, with a strong background in third-party transitions. - Proven experience in transition management roles, especially in external client-facing environments. - Strong understanding of transition methodologies, risk management, and solutioning. - Experience in RFPs, bid processes, and transition planning. - Ability to manage multi-country transitions and work with global teams.
