The work: " Support graphic & visual design for change management initiatives by creating and executing a comprehensive visual strategy customized for Accenture's operations globally, which spans more than 774,000+ employees. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of visual strategies in change management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, ultimately enhancing employee and client satisfaction. Develop and execute of effective visual strategies in communication, training, and coaching programs to equip employees with essential skills and knowledge. Implement best practices in to continuously improve the effectiveness of the visual strategies Sustain Accenture's culture and values, particularly stewardship . Qualifications Here's what youll need: ?? 6+ years in visual design and graphic design capabilities Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and the ability to partner across the Accenture ecosystem. Ability to work on the UI/UX design of sharepoint, learning programs, change programs, organizational change management, organizational development & HR functions and the graphic/visual tools associated with these tasks Experience in video and audio editing, using Adobe Suite i.e. After Effects, Premier or similar tools Ability to influence stakeholders and understand stakeholders requirements and execute transformational change activities from a visual strategy perspective G ood communication skills Ability to manage scale and complexity Any Graduate What we believe: All our leaders are committed to building a better, stronger and more durable company for future generations to create positive, long-lasting change. are fundamental to our culture and core values.
