Role Overview: You will work in tandem with the brands/regions for better sales effectiveness. Your main purpose will be to plan and influence the GT Rural Business and Rural Market Share. You will also be responsible for planning and influencing the GT Rural Business and Rural ND. Your role will involve programme management and driving various projects related to AOP S&D projects in Rural Markets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify categories, plan interventions, and increase Rural Market Share - Monitor execution quality through regular audits - Collaborate with brand teams for promoting the right portfolio mix - Ensure the quality of Rural Distributors to drive revenue extraction - Influence the width and depth of Rural distribution and track brand distribution matrices - Drive Direct Distribution in Rural as per AOP ambition - Implement Village Coverage Agenda as per plan - Monitor execution quality through regular audits - Drive Outlet retention as per AOP plan - Manage Rural Business as per Quarterly Operating Plan - Ensure timely closure of monthly activities related to Rural Programmes - Drive AOP S&D projects in Rural Markets in coordination with cross-functional and region teams Qualification Required: - MBA (Specialization in Sales & Marketing) from a Premier B School - 8-9 years of experience in Telecom/FMCG/Beverages, with 3-4 years of experience in handling a team or data analytics in an IT-based environment Additional Company Details: There are key stakeholders both internally and externally that you will interact with. Internal stakeholders include RSM/SOM/ASMs, Brand/Category Managers, Supply Chain representatives, IT SPOC, and Dairy sales/brand Managers. External stakeholders include Consultants and Vendors (IT/Capability/Trade activation/Visibility Impact agencies).,
