As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will play a crucial role in project delivery and practice management. Your responsibilities include: - Having a good basic accounting and Transfer Pricing knowledge. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Financial Statements from a Transfer Pricing perspective. - Proficiency in the Transfer Pricing benchmarking process, including utilizing global databases. - Familiarity with Transfer Pricing documentation, such as update reports, industry analysis, and economic analysis. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Utilizing analytical and logical thinking to review the work completed by an Executive. In terms of practice management, you are expected to: - Meet project deadlines effectively. - Serve as a role model for peers and junior team members. - Adhere strictly (100%) to hygiene factors like timesheets, leave compliance, and risk policies. - Support and actively participate in team-wide initiatives. For the stretch expectations, you will be responsible for: - Completing projects promptly while maintaining high quality. - Managing the delivery of multiple projects efficiently. - Assigning tasks to junior team members and ensuring their follow-up. - Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance through various processes. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills effectively.
