Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Were seeking a future team member for the role of (JOB TITLE) to join our Transaction Specialists team which is part of Corporate Trust.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

- Focus on routine client onboarding tasks and make sure clients are onboarded into platforms/systems seamlessly.
Create fee letters for corporate trust transactions and get the same executed from clients to ensure fees are accurately charged for transactions.
Be accountable for assigned tasks and send status reports when required. Escalates potential issues to more senior team members and management.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding tasks and other BAU activities, as assigned by management. Learn and complete other business tasks as per business requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree preferably in finance or a related area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
4 years of total work experience preferred
Client onboarding experience preferred.

Shift :
Evening shift 6pm-2:30AM And 7PM-3:30AM -

# 4yrs experience in client services, KYC onboarding , Transaction Management and billing will work
#Ready for night shift and work from office#Corporate trust onboarding preferred#Basic Excel , Power BI , MS office exp#Good Communication skills, stakeholder interaction#Immediate Joiners required
