Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Navi Mumbai for a Transaction Processing Representative. The role involves processing financial transactions, assisting with claims, and providing administrative support. The representative will also handle customer interactions and ensure efficient communication to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Transactions and Claims Processing
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields is a plus
• Prior experience in transaction processing roles is advantageous
