Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review, validate, and process incoming financial or operational transactions (e.g., payments, transfers, claims, orders).
Ensure all data entry is accurate and completed within established deadlines.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in transactions.
Maintain compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Respond to internal or external inquiries related to transaction processing.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or management.
Maintain records of transactions and update databases and logs as needed.
Collaborate with other departments such as finance, customer support, or IT to ensure seamless transaction handling.
