Transaction Manager (Industrial & Warehousing)

The role of a Real Estate Broker involves managing end-to-end real estate transactions within the industrial and warehousing sectors. Your responsibilities will include client servicing, market analysis, deal negotiation, legal compliance, and building strong industry networks. You will be expected to manage client relationships effectively, source new business opportunities, advise clients on market trends, and market properties through strategic approaches. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing property inspections, negotiating transactions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess key skills such as lead generation, client acquisition, strong communication, negotiation abilities, market insight, analytical thinking, self-driven attitude, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively. You must have a postgraduate degree with at least 5-10 years of experience in leasing and transaction management, particularly within the industrial and warehousing clusters of Pune, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad. Prior experience in IPC firms with an Industrial & Logistics client base is preferred. Moreover, having strong communication skills and existing client relationships within the Industrial & Logistics segment will be advantageous. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be expected to represent the organization at forums and industry events, conduct market mapping, provide regular business updates, and build and maintain a robust partner and stakeholder network.
