Transaction Lawyer - M & A

Role Overview: You will be joining JARS as a full-time Transaction Lawyer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at the Noida office. Your main responsibilities will include managing M&A transactions, drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, analyzing regulatory requirements, and providing strategic legal support to clients. Collaboration with the financial advisory team will be essential for successful deal execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and advise on M&A transactions - Draft and negotiate legal documents - Conduct legal due diligence - Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements - Provide strategic legal support to clients Qualification Required: - Strong understanding of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law - Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documentation related to M&A transactions - Proficiency in conducting legal due diligence and analyzing regulatory and compliance frameworks - Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Relevant professional experience and a degree in Law (LLB/LLM) - Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department focusing on M&A transactions is a plus Role Overview: You will be joining JARS as a full-time Transaction Lawyer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at the Noida office.
