Transaction Advisory Consultant

Role Overview: You will be a part of the GN Transaction Advisory team in Accenture Strategy, collaborating closely with GN Industry/Functional Consulting Teams, Client Account Teams, and Global PE Consulting Leadership worldwide. Your role will involve identifying and converting opportunities, managing complex engagements, and building a team efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Delivery:** - Lead the execution of consulting projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout various phases such as Pre-Deal, Deal Execution, and Value Creation/Scaling of Portfolio/Target companies. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by managing the team effectively, defining deliverables, and setting priorities and deadlines. - **Business Development:** - Identify and convert client opportunities by establishing relationships with Global PE/M&A Leadership, Client Account Teams, and stakeholders in PE/Corporates across different geographies. - Assist in RFP discussions, prepare proposal documents, and participate in Client Orals with the support of Accenture Bid Managers and Client Account Leads. - **Practice Development:** - Contribute to the creation of new assets/IP, thought capital, and POVs/Offerings to enhance the team's profile and generate demand. - Conduct Brown Bag sessions, provide mentoring, share knowledge with team members, and participate in trainings/certifications to stay updated on emerging concepts in the market. Qualification Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 institute with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Private Equity or a top-tier Management Consulting firm, advising clients in various deal phases and portfolio value creation. - Experience in M&A Deal Advisory, including Commercial Due Diligence, Sector/Firm Research, Post Merger Integration, Technology Transformation, and more. - Deep industry expertise in sectors like CMT, Financial Services, Resources, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Services, or Retail. - Proven track record of developing Assets, Accelerators, POV/Thought Leadership based on research with the ability to work independently and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
