As an SC Digital Core S4 Japan+ Consultant at Accenture, your role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and experience career growth with leadership exposure. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for tomorrow with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. - Drive design workshops with clients, gather requirements, perform solution design, and gap analysis in areas such as S4 EWM/TM/PP/SD/MM/PM. - Lead a team of functional consultants for tasks related to configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities. - Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, advising on S/4HANA-led Supply Chain transformation to overcome business challenges. - Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning. - Develop cutting-edge Point of View (POV) articles on bringing differentiation and innovation to SAP-led transformations. - Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts and continuous improvement of processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4+ years of experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - In-depth experience working in one or more of the following areas: S/4 HANA led Solution Roadmap and Design, SAP HANA Business Case and Roadmap Definition, SAP HANA Solution Development, Testing, and Deployment. - Minimum of 2 years of large-scale SAP consulting experience in supply chain capabilities. - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE + MBA preferred.
