Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a GN_Strategy_India_CS&G_Consultant Management at the Consultant level (9) in Gurgaon. Your primary role will involve driving strategic initiatives in areas such as Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Case Development, Market Entry and Expansion, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Innovation-led Growth, Strategic Planning, Customer Strategy, Value Realization, Sales Acceleration, and Channel Transformation. You should have a minimum of 3.5 years of post-MBA experience and possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering impactful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate measurable and sustained growth for clients through data-driven capabilities from strategy to execution in the Corporate Strategy & Growth domain. - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda by providing assistance across the deal lifecycle, including target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions in Mergers & Acquisitions. - Collaborate with CEOs to design future-proof operating models that embrace the future of work, workforce, and workplace, leveraging transformational technology, ecosystems, and analytics in Operating Model & Org Design. - Work with ecosystem partners to help clients achieve their sustainability goals through digital transformation in Sustainability & Responsible Business. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a tier 1 institute - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Case, Market Entry, Market Expansion, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Customer Strategy, Value Realization, Sales Acceleration, or Channel Transformation after post MBA - Professional & Technical Skills in Strategic Thinking, Business Case Development, Market Entry & Expansion, Pricing & Profit Optimization, Innovation & Growth Initiatives, Strategic Planning, and Customer Strategy & Value Realization Additional Information: You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and hold an MBA from a tier 1 institute. It is beneficial to have skills in Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Case, Market entry, Market expansion, and Pricing. This role requires you to possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful business outcomes.,
