The role requires strong communication, presentation, and digital storytelling skills to ensure impactful training sessions and engaging content for internal audiences.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only

• Experience in training, coaching and public speaking

• Having at least 3+yrs of experience in training and development

• Comfortable and confident on camera

• Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides with a strong sense of design and flow for professional training deck

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Positive attitude and personal branding sense

Key Responsibilities: Training & Facilitation

• Conduct live or recorded training sessions, workshops and webinars

• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust materials as needed

• Prepare, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content.

• Ensure alignment of content with organizational policies and business goals.

• Collect feedback from participants and analyse effectiveness.

• Submit training reports and dashboards to management

Vlogging

• Act as the on-screen personality for brand and training-related content

• Be the face of the brand for training or awareness videos.

• Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance.

• Use appropriate expressions, tone, and brand language.

• Stay consistent with the company's brand personality.

• Brand compliance (look, tone, dress code, etc.)

• Participate in script briefing and storyboard meetings.

• Accept and implement direction from directors, trainers, or managers.

• Adapt delivery style based on what performs best.

• Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance.

• Use appropriate expressions, tone, and brand language.

• Stay consistent with the companys brand personality.

• Comfortable to travel pan India as per business requirement Mandatory
