• BPO / Contact Center / Process-driven environment only
• Team handling exposure mandatory
• Strong documentation & audit exposure
• ROLE (VERY BRIEF):
• Own Training + Quality end-to-end
• Manage T&Q teams
• Run trainings, audits, calibrations
• Drive quality, compliance & RCA
• Report metrics to leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,251,070.96 per year
