Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Program on Robotics and AI, located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing instructional materials, and providing continuous support to trainees. Other day-to-day tasks include designing training programs, delivering effective training content, and offering excellent customer service to participants.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development, and Training
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai
• Prior experience in Robotics and AI training is a plus
