As a part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing continuous assistance to trainees. Your responsibilities will also include designing customized training programs, delivering high-impact training content, and delivering exceptional customer service to all participants. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong expertise in Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Training methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a background in customer service are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Prior experience in Robotics and AI training would be advantageous.
