*Position: - Training and Placement Officer*

*Location: - Pentagon, TOWER-2, opposite to ABS Fitness Club, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028*

*Qualifications:*

> Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

> 0 to 2 years of experience in student placement or career services.

> Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.

> Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain detailed placement records.

*Responsibilities and Duties:*

> Build and maintain robust relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners to foster internship and job opportunities for students.

> Plan and coordinate recruitment events, both on-campus and virtual, including job fairs, placement drives, and networking sessions.

> Organize resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills workshops to enhance students’ employability.

> Maintain an organized database of students' profiles, placements, and employers for tracking and reporting purposes.

> Assist students in preparing job applications, tailoring resumes, and practicing interview techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,841.28 - ₹35,000.00 per month
