Training & Outreach Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Training & Outreach Manager to represent Civil Guruji on-ground – generating leads, building academic collaborations, delivering seminars, and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate leads through college visits, seminars, webinars, and field outreach.
• Conduct impactful seminars/webinars on Civil Engineering career paths and training benefits.
• Collaborate with private institutes and colleges to form partnerships for lead generation and training promotion.
• Counsel walk-in or event-based leads and convert them into successful admissions.
• Maintain strong relations with college TPOs, HODs, and principals to build Civil Guruji presence.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to large student groups and academic stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM updates, conversion records, and lead follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly admission and institutional collaboration targets.

Required Qualifications:-

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of industry or field experience in civil engineering or training.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for outreach and events.
• Strong interest in education, training, and student development.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
