Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience training students in Automotive Manufacturing technology, with a strong background in Mechanical and automobile subjects.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students as per the syllabus in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
Guide and connect with students to ensure their understanding of mechanical and automobile concepts.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance student knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of training plans.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to improve performance.
Stay updated with industrial trends and shop-floor practices to inform training content.

Job Requirements

Minimum 26 years of age.
Sound knowledge of Mechanical and automobile subjects is required.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in production, preferably in the auto industry, is preferred.
A B.E or Diploma degree in a relevant field is required.
