Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer-Production (Mechanical/Automobile) with 2 to 7 years of experience to train 10th/12th passed out students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. The position is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, Delhi / NCR.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students as per the syllabus in Mechanical and Automobile subjects.
Connect with students and guide them effectively.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance student skills.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve production goals.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback.
Stay updated on industrial trends and shop-floor practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 26 years old.
Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Automobile subjects.
Experience in Production, preferably in the auto industry.
Ability to connect with students and guide them.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Industrial updates and shop-floor practices.
A B.E or Diploma degree is required.
