Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in the Production Mechanical/Automobile sector in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in mechanical or automobile engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate employee knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver training sessions on mechanical and automobile systems.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Advanced/Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the mechanical or automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and automobile systems, including production processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
Experience in quality assurance and production engineering is an added advantage.
