Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Training Officer with 3 to 7 years of experience in the Electronics and Communication field to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronics systems, with excellent training and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain and upkeep all lab equipment and accessories, ensuring timely calibration through the Maintenance In-charge of the Centre.
Evaluate and rate lab exercises of relevant trainees to ensure efficient learning outcomes.
Ensure Good Housekeeping (5S) of assigned labs and allotted areas, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Coordinate section quality circle activities, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of the automobile industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Electronics and Communication field, preferably in the automobile industry.
Possess strong knowledge of electrical and electronics systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
