Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design and Development of training programs, including presentations, case studies, role-play scenarios, and assessments. Evaluating strengths and weaknesses for an identified group / designation to tailor training programs. Ensuring Facilitating engaging and interactive training sessions. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to participants and stakeholders. Ensure Performance Improvement in the skills, on which training is provided. Maintaining records of training progress and reporting results to management. Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training.
