Job Description

As a Training Specialist, your role involves delivering effective training programs and developing training materials to support staff growth. You will be responsible for conducting induction training for new hires and refresher trainings for existing staff. Additionally, you will take initiatives for staff development and welfare activities to enhance their growth. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and conduct internal knowledge checks via exams - Ensure completion of training programs and assessments - Facilitate onboarding training for new joiners - Design and implement training calendars to streamline the training process - Aim to enhance the training satisfaction rate among the staff Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in delivering training programs - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate materials - Knowledge of training evaluation methods In addition to the job role, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
