Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive based in Uttarakhand, India. The Training Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for staff. Day-to-day tasks include identifying training needs, preparing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Training Executive will ensure that all training programs align with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Strong instructional design and training delivery skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
