Training Delivery Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end training delivery

  (requirement to closure)
• Source and onboard

  trainers for technical & non-technical programs

• Maintain and continuously update a

  strong trainer database

• Coordinate with

  direct freelance trainers and training vendors

• Handle trainer availability, scheduling, confirmations, and replacements
• Ensure

  smooth delivery execution

  and trainer readiness
• Act as a bridge between

  clients, trainers, and internal teams

• Support scoping calls, trainer shortlisting, and delivery coordination

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4

  years of experience

  in training delivery / L&D operations
• Strong knowledge of

  trainer sourcing

  (direct trainers & vendors)
• Existing network of

  freelance trainers and vendor partners

• Experience handling

  corporate training programs

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage

  multiple trainings simultaneously

• Familiarity with IT, Tech, Management, or Corporate training domains (preferred)
