Training Coordinator-Learning & Development

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and other learning events. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external trainers to finalize training calendars. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing training materials, handouts, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms. It will be your duty to maintain training records and ensure that learning data is up to date. Tracking attendance, feedback, and certifications will also be part of your role, along with generating training reports and dashboards. Ensuring timely and effective pre- and post-training communications is essential. You will support new hire onboarding programs and compliance training schedules. Your assistance will be valuable in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Managing vendor relationships, invoices, and training-related procurement will be within your responsibilities. Coordination of logistics such as venue booking, equipment setup, and refreshments will also fall under your purview. The job location for this role is Thane Wagle Estate.
