Training Coordinator

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Location: Remote (Male/Female Candidates Eligible)Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized individual to coordinate training programs, manage digital marketing campaigns, and support online/offline training activities. The candidate will play a key role in handling end-to-end operations for webinars, workshops, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining CoordinationManage online webinars and offline training programs.Create Google Meet links and coordinate participant registrations.Handle payments, refunds, and Razorpay payment page integration.Coordinate with trainers for PPT readiness and training material.Respond to participant queries, prepare quizzes, and arrange certifications.Assist in offline training programs and travel with trainers if required.Digital Marketing & Social MediaRun Google and Facebook ads (training will be provided).Manage LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram automation.Upload and promote training videos and promotional content.Update and maintain company website with event details.Administration & CoordinationSupport trainers in content readiness.Ensure proper communication with participants before and after training sessions.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth program execution.RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Marketing/IT/Business preferred).Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite.Willingness to learn new tools for ads, automation, and digital marketing.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Willing to travel occasionally for offline training programs.Perks & BenefitsRemote work flexibility.Hands-on training for digital marketing tools and automation software.Opportunity to grow in training, consulting, and renewable energy domain.Certification and recognition for outstanding performance.
