As a full-time on-site Training Coordinator based in Jadcherla, your primary responsibility will involve coordinating training programs, creating training materials, fostering employee development, and ensuring seamless communication within the training department. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Training Coordination and Training & Development skills, coupled with exceptional communication and training abilities. Previous experience in Employee Training is highly desirable, along with outstanding organizational and time management capabilities. The role also requires the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, along with a comprehensive understanding of training methodologies and techniques. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Pharma, or a related field to qualify for this position. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
