Job Description

Training Coordinator.

Hitachi Energy India Limited

Location: Halol, Gujarat.

Experience: More than 2 years.

Qualification:

MBA in HR/MSW.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify training needs by interacting with departments, managers, and employees.
Create yearly or monthly training schedules and calendars.
Coordinate internal and external training programs and ensure timely execution.
Communicate training details, schedules, and joining instructions to participants.
Arrange logistics such as trainers, venues, equipment, materials, and attendance sheets.
Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, and learning data.
Track employee participation and monitor completion of mandatory training.
Support in designing training materials, presentations, and documents.
Handle trainer onboarding, contracts, feedback, and payments (if applicable).
Conduct feedback surveys after training and analyze results for improvements.
Prepare reports on training status, completion rates, costs, and outcomes for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory training requirements.

Duration: 1 Year (Contract Role)
