The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing, promoting, and supporting a wide range of internal and external training programs. This role involves comprehensive communication management, coordination of educational events, and meticulous support for key client-facing and internal learning initiatives, utilizing various technology platforms such as SharePoint, websites, Absorb LMS, and ServiceNow.
Training Promotion and Communication - manage and execute weekly, monthly and yearly updates to websites and promotional resources across multiple technologies
- Manage updates to web pages
- Prepare quarterly newsletters
- Create and maintain Event promotions on the Learning Nexus Dashboard
Webinar Coordination - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize webinar topics, dates, times and hosts. Serve as technical support during the webinar sessions. Set up and manage registration in the LMS. Maintain and report out on webinar reports and analytics
- Coordinate with producers prior to event
- Set up event, monitor registration, attend, download recording and PowerPoint, edit if needed, create them as a course in the Learning Nexus
- Support CDI Educational Network team and customers (ticketing) during and after the session
- Update KBs on a weekly basis with new courses, links etc.
- Run reports and create monthly metrics
Program Support - Support miscellaneous training and certification programs from enrollment through completion
- Weekly meetings with program manager
- Monitor HIS Education mailbox
- Manage billing process
- Provide project support to Program Managers
Manage multiple training assets such as the training calendar and knowledge base articles
- Update training calendar
- Create, update, and maintain Training Services KBs
