Job Description

Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, trainers, and participants.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in the training or education industry is preferred.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
