Role Description

We’re looking for a highly energetic, engaging Training Associate who can bring our product to life for teams across the organization. This person should be naturally peppy, confident in front of an audience, and ideally have some background in acting, theatre, public speaking, or hosting anything that helps them deliver fun, high-impact sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

The Training Associate will focus on leading engaging training sessions that keep users excited and attentive. Maintain ongoing communication and ensure users are confident and successful in using our tools. Understand Hyly’s products deeply and translate technical workflows into simple, relatable explanations.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client training or demos.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging outreaches.

• Inclination to build and maintain strong relationships

Nice to Have Qualification:

• Experience with HubSpot and Notion.

• Multifamily industry experience.

• Having some theater or acting experience
