Training and Placement Head

You are urgently hiring for the position of Training and Placement Head for a Management College located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. The salary range for this role is between 45,000 to 55,000 per month. To be eligible for this position, you need to have at least 4 to 10 years of experience in a Placement Cell within a college or university setting. Your key responsibilities in this role will include building and maintaining strong relationships with companies and industries to facilitate campus placements and internships. You will also need to work closely with various departments to prepare students for placements by conducting training programs on soft skills, technical skills, aptitude tests, resume writing, and mock interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing campus recruitment drives, job fairs, industry visits, seminars, and guest lectures. Keeping and updating a database of students, placement records, and company contacts, ensuring maximum student placement, collaborating with alumni, staying updated with industry trends, and signing MoUs with companies for placements and training are also part of your duties. Moreover, you will be promoting the institute's talent pool and acting as a bridge between industry and academia, submitting timely reports to management, and continuously improving placement processes. The skills required for this role include excellent communication and networking skills, strong organizational and leadership capabilities, knowledge of corporate hiring practices, ability to motivate and mentor students, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
