Job Title: US Recruitment Trainer Experience: 15 Years Location: Pune (Onsite) Salary: 5-7LPA Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic US Recruitment Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US staffing industry, for designing the training content and developing the different training modules. Should be able to develop and mange the effective learning management system. Should have passion for mentoring and developing recruitment professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions on US recruitment processes, tools, and best practices. Create and update training materials, SOPs, and guides tailored to the US staffing market. Conduct onboarding training for new recruiters and refresher sessions for existing teams. Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends in US recruitment and integrate them into training programs. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement solutions. Do the training need analysis of the employees as & when required. Measure pre & post training productivity of the employees. Should know how to calculate training ROI. Should be able to create a learning environment in the company. Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in US recruitment (hands-on sourcing, screening, client interaction preferred). Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work visas, and time zones. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in training and mentoring recruiters is a plus. Ability to manage multiple training sessions and adapt to different learning styles.
