Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to lead training initiatives for our Domestic and International Telecalling teams. You'll be responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering ongoing skill-building sessions, and improving team performance through structured coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs and refresher sessions
• Create content: scripts, role-plays, objection handling guides
• Coach individuals and teams based on call audits and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals
• Track training effectiveness and provide regular reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a sales role; 2years in training, coaching, or team leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong communication skills and understanding of telesales techniques
• Comfortable with in-person and virtual training delivery
• CRM and call audit tool experience is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
