Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding and induction training for new employees and interns.
Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, and materials.
Assess training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training content with company objectives.
Continuously update training content as per organizational requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a corporate or professional trainer.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
Good organizational and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
