Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting classroom and/or online training sessions on Python and the Django framework. Your duties will involve preparing and updating training materials, assignments, and real-time project case studies. Customizing training based on industry needs and student backgrounds will be an important aspect of your role. Providing hands-on coding demonstrations and assisting students in writing clean and efficient code will be crucial. Guiding students on best practices in coding, debugging, and deploying Django applications will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, assessing student progress through quizzes, coding tasks, and project evaluations will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on Python and the Django framework - Prepare and update training materials, assignments, and real-time project case studies - Customize training based on industry needs and student backgrounds - Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and assist students in writing clean and efficient code - Guide students on best practices in coding, debugging, and deploying Django applications - Assess student progress through quizzes, coding tasks, and project evaluations Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field - Must be a resident of Kolkata (Nearby Dunlop) to be considered for this position - Proficiency in Python programming and the Django web framework is essential - Experience working on live Django projects, including REST APIs, ORM, MVC, templates, etc., is required - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite is necessary - Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for effectively delivering training sessions - Prior experience as a trainer or educator is preferred, but not mandatory,
