Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer with expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, Vehicle Dynamics, Control Systems, and Automotive Modelling to deliver hands-on training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for guiding students through simulation-based learning, developing training content, conducting assessments, and supporting academic/industry projects related to automotive systems and emerging EV technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on dynamic system modeling using MATLAB and Simulink
• Explain analytical and simulation-based responses of mass–spring–damper systems
• Teach solving ODEs and system response visualization in MATLAB
• Conduct simulations of DC motors using state-space representation
• Train students on quarter car suspension modeling and analysis
• Demonstrate input disturbance and sensitivity analysis using Simulink
• Introduce bond graph concepts and model systems using bond graphs
• Provide an overview of vehicle dynamics and subsystem modeling
• Guide students in integrated vehicle system simulations and result interpretation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering.
• Strong command of MATLAB, Simulink, and automotive simulation tools.
• Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for students.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching, engineering, training, or edtech experience is preferred.
