Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PASARA Qualified Trainer or Ex-Man Trainer with extensive knowledge in all aspects of security training. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct drills, theory classes, physical training, and practical sessions related to the security industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct security drills and theoretical classes for new and existing guards. Provide physical exercise training to enhance stamina, discipline, and alertness. Train guards on equipment handling, including walkie-talkies, body cameras, metal detectors, baton, and other security tools. Educate trainees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and situational awareness. Ensure training is in compliance with PASARA standards and company policies. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional learning environment. Requirements: PASARA Qualified Trainer / Ex-Serviceman with relevant experience. Strong knowledge of security drills, theory, and practical applications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of security equipment usage. Ability to inspire and maintain discipline among trainees.
