Job Description

Key Role and Responsibilities Deliver practical, on-the-job training aligned with company policies, procedures, and standards. Guide and support new employees through orientation and job-specific tasks. Demonstrate correct processes, techniques, and safety procedures while employees perform real work. Monitor trainee performance and provide immediate feedback and coaching to reinforce learning. Assess trainee competence and readiness for independent work, reporting progress to supervisors. Assist in developing and updating job aids, checklists, and training materials. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Identify training needs or gaps during job performance and recommend improvements. Ensure training complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Act as a role model by consistently demonstrating high performance and company values.
