Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer at an aviation institute located in Edappal Kerala . The Trainer will be responsible for delivering aviation training courses, developing and updating training materials, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. The Trainer will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding trainees, providing feedback, and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering aviation training courses and developing training materials
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and feedback skills
• Ability to conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, or a related field
• Experience in the aviation industry is highly beneficial
• Certification as an aviation trainer or instructor is a plus
