The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering both theoretical and practical training in networking concepts, with a focus on CompTIA Network+ or similar industry certifications. The trainer will be responsible for educating technical and non-technical students, helping them build a strong foundation in networking fundamentals, and preparing them for industry certifications and job readiness. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on Networking+ syllabus. Teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical labs related to: Network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting) Routing and switching Network troubleshooting Security basics and wireless technologies Network tools and utilities Familiarity with tools like Packet Tracer, GNS3, Wireshark, etc. Prepare training materials, presentations, lab guides, and assignments. Customize training methodologies to suit both technical and non-technical learners. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback. Mentor students and assist in their placement readiness (interview skills, resume tips). Keep training content up to date with current industry standards and certification changes. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer / Instructor / Teacher in networking or related IT domains. Strong grasp of Networking+ ( CompTIA Network+ preferred ) concepts. Experience in conducting hands-on labs with physical and/or simulated network environments. Excellent communication ( English & Hindi ) and presentation skills. Ability to handle diverse student profiles and adapt teaching style accordingly. Certifications like CompTIA Network+ / CCNA are an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Previous experience in training at an IT training institute or corporate setting
