Position: Trainer

Work Location: Gachibowli | Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Trainer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs for engineering trainees (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) to enhance their understanding of site execution practices, quality management systems, safety standards, and project documentation. The goal is to develop technically competent and site-ready engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions for engineering trainees on:
  
• Site execution processes (civil, structural, MEP works)
• Quality control and assurance procedures
• Material inspection, testing, and documentation
• Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications
• Project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Safety and environmental compliance
• Coordination with various stakeholders (client, consultant, subcontractors)
• Develop and update training modules, manuals, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate trainees performance through tests, practical assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Mentor and guide trainees during their on-site learning phase.
• Coordinate with project and quality teams to ensure training aligns with company standards and current site practices.
• Recommend improvements in training methods and materials based on feedback and site observations.
• Maintain training records and prepare periodic progress reports.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• M.E./M.Tech preferred but not mandatory.
  

• Experience:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in site execution, quality assurance, or project management in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or team leadership preferred.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of construction site practices and quality standards (e.g., IS Codes, ASTM, QA/QC procedures).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for new graduates.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
  

Desirable Attributes:

• Certification in Quality Management, Project Management, or Training (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP, TOT, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in major infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.
• Positive attitude and passion for developing young engineers.
